Committee Meeting Notes

The way we store documents has changed to use the Media folder. There is a full description on the Uploading Files guideline page but in simple terms you need to upload meeting files using the Media Library Folders page and store the files in the appropriate location, for 2023 this will be:

uploads
- parish-hall
  - committee-meetings
    - 2023

You can always ask the web master to upload documents on your behalf by sending the document with instructions to webmaster@ewph.uk

Booking type

Hall Hire includes tables, chairs and use of the kitchen. Select Equipment Hire to rent tables, chairs cutlery etc for private use away from the hall.

The date of your event or the first date for a sequence of weekly bookings.

Subject

What you want to see as the one line title in the event added to the Parish Hall calendar.
Description

What you want to show in the details of the event added to the Parish Hall calendar.

Number of days

Equipment can be hired for up to one week.
Folding tables

You can hire up to 12 folding tables.
Trestle tables

You can hire up to 5 trestle tables.
Chairs

You can hire up to 48 chairs.

Start time

End time

We allow for 30 mins setup, and 30 mins cleanup time which you do not have to include in your booking.
Number of weeks

For booking multiple weeks enter the total number of weeks and add a comment below for omitting half term or public holidays.

Crockery & cutlery

Describe quantity and type of crockery and cutlery you want to hire.
Miscellaneous
Hot water urn
The portable electric hot water heating urn.
Skittle alley
The alley is delivered and setup at your location, but restricted to locations within 12 miles of East Worlington.
Marquee
10m x 4m

Additional information

Use this field to include anything you think is important such as not requiring the booking during half term if you are booking multiple weeks.
