If you have submitted in error, want to withdraw your entry, or wish to change your responses then please email us at survey@ewph.uk to let us know to delete your submitted data. Once we have will removed your entry (which shouldn’t take more the 24 hours) we will email you to let you know that we have done so and you can complete the form again if you wish.
Once we have analysed all the survey responses we will produce a report and host this on the EWPH website and send out an email with a link to the appropriate page.
