Pilates – Summer 2021

MESSAGE FROM JESS

I can’t believe we have finished the 7-week summer term, wow it has flown by!

Thank you to all the wonderful people that joined us in classes in East Worlington over the past 7 weeks, it has been so lovely to be able to get back to teaching face-to-face.

Pilates classes will continue on Thursdays in East Worlington Parish Hall for another 7 week course in September starting on the 9th. There are two classes: 9.15am & 10.30am, the second class has more availability so please get in touch if you would like to book.

Over the summer break Pilates will continue online on Zoom at 10am on Mondays and we have two AUGUST WORKSHOPS coming up – they will be 1.5 hours long: 9.30am – 11am at East Worlington Parish Hall on the 19th & 26th August and they are open to all.
These workshops will focus on the whole body, looking at joint alignment and flexibility and as always will have natural progressions just incase you want to work a little harder.
