Harriet’s hideaway

Harriet’s hideaway is a shepherds hut with a wood-fired hot tub, located perfectly between Exmoor and Dartmoor. With sweeping views, the hideaway is accessed off our private lane and set in its own private plot with parking and a garden.

Higher Blagrove Farm Cottages

The Horse Gin and The Oak Stall form two beautiful cottages within Higher Blagrove Farm Cottages, a Grade II listed Devon stone and cob barn situated just off the B3137 South Molton to Tiverton road with private parking.

Horseford Snug

A comfortable and stylish property perfect for families or couples alike with a light and airy ambiance, large enclosed garden with panoramic countryside views and visits from Deer and Red Kites.

A family-run rural retreat of 9 cottages set in 30 acres of courtyard gardens, organic fields and woodland in the heart of Devon.

Shires Barn

Shires Barn is a converted barn that once housed the working horses for our family farm. Located between Exmoor and Dartmoor, with sweeping views towards Dartmoor it is accessed via our private drive and has its own parking and substantial garden.

Cornish bolthole

Our small, but recently restored bolthole is the perfect escape for exploring all areas of Cornwall. SIutuated in Coombe, a sleepy village, with the nearest amenities, such as shops and pubs within a 5 minute drive. Our south facing garden and terrace is a delightful sun trap.
