The census records from 1841 through to 1921 describe 93 houses, a handful of which have been demolished or are now derelict . With new post WWII houusing there are now roughly 120 properties.
Religous Buildings
East Worlington Civil Parish is an amalgamation of the ecclesiastical parishes of East Worlington and West Worlington created by the Poor Law Amendment Act of 1866.
We have two Churches in the parish, both confusingly called St Mary’s.
Other religous buildings include Thornham Chapel, a former Methodist Chapel which is now a private house, and North Lake Chapel which is now a holiday cottage.
