About Devon Dairy School

The origins of the school date back to 1893, when the Devon Technical Education Committee applied for the services of a dairy schools established by the Bath and West and Southern Counties Society. An Annual Grant of £500 to £600 supported the Society providing their services within Devon until in 1897 when Devon’s Technical Education Committee took direct control and management of the school.
