Hall hire is subject to the terms & conditions described on the Hall Hire Agreement page. In particular, please ensure you check the toilets before you vacate and leave them as you have found them.
Email Responses: If you do not receive an email summary of your booking within a couple of minutes please check your spam folder as we have had instances of emails from @ewph.uk being incorrectly identified as spam. Normally we will respond to your booking request within a day, so again please monitor your spam folder for replies from the bookings secretary if you haven’t received a reply within two days.
Cancellations: To cancel a booking please email the Bookings Administrator at bookings@ewph.uk and specify the date and time of the booking in the message.
