Venue of Choice

Our Parish Hall facilities allow us to cater for a wide range of different events, with a stage area for plays and bands, a projection system for talks and demonstrations, tables and chairs for seated events.

Our large hall with hardwood sprung floor and underfloor heating is and ideal venue for a range of occasions. Our kitchen facilities provide a fridge, electric cooker, microwave, and hot water urn.

Community Events Tables and chairs can be arranged to meet different requirements. Here the Sunday Brunch allows small groups of people to gather round a single table to enjoy conversation of a traditional cooked breakfast. Suitable for: Community Events Meetings Interest Groups and Clubs Exhibitions Fund-raising Events
Special Occasions Tables and chairs organised into two long “dining tables” make the best use of the available space. We have a liquor license allowing consumption on the premises, but not the sale of, alcohol. Here we show the annual Xmas lunch in 2019. Suitable for: Wedding parties Christenings Funerals Private events and celebrations
Raised Stage The raised stage is ideal for a small band, play or pantomime. A drop down screen and projector allow the stage to be the focus for a visual presentation. Here the Ukulele Band entertained the dinners at the 2019 Christmas Lunch. Suitable for: Workshops Talks Presentations Plays Concerts
Catering Facilities Our small but well quipped kitchen lets you cook your own food or bring in external catering for preparation away from the main hall area. A large serving hatch can be used to distribute directly food from the kitchen area. Mark, shown here, is the resident cook for the Sunday brunches. You’d have to supply your own chef of course!
Health Activities and Groups A sprung hardwood floor was installed to support healthy and low impact sporing activities. In particular the local school use the hall for exercise classes and other events. Over the years the hall has been host to: Pilates classes Table tennis Barn dances
Versatile Arrangements We have use the Hall for a wide range of activities and clubs.
