The Heritage Project Group is a working name for the community volunteers involved in the ongoing refurbishment and improvement of the Parish Hall.
The original Heritage Project 2015-17 started in late 2014 and ran till late 2016 with the primary activities being:
- new undefloor heating which required replacing the existing floor and stage area
- re-thatching: a periodic activity for all thatched buildings typically done every 20-25 years
The Heritage Project 2015-17 team are shown below on a cold January morning ready for a photo call to promote the project in the local paper.

A second Heritage Project 2017-19 started in early 2017 and will run until the end of 2019 with the major activities including:
- refurbishment of the hall kitchen
