East and West Worlington Neighbourhood Watch Programme
The East and West Worlington Neighbourhood Watch programme aims to work to build relationships, that are relevant, accountable and inclusive.
Six Driving Principles:
- Neighbourly
Broaden the impact of communication and develop a forum for a broader realisation of being a good neighbour - Community focused
Work to protect our community through local interaction - Inclusive
Neighbourhood Watch encompasses homes and business and local government and the Police into a more cohesive group. - Proactive
The objective of the East and West Worlington Neighbourhood Watch programme is to be proactive in terms of making our community more resilient to internal and external factors that threaten individuals, groups or our community’s feelings of wellbeing and security. - Trusted
It is our intention to build on the already dependable, caring, respectable, approachable and supportive environment that characterises the Worlingtons. - Collaborative
We work as a team, in partnerships and within communities.
This is a community effort and as such requires our individual cooperation and communication to be effective.
For Neighbourhood Watch to be effective we need a substantial contingent of the community to take part. Please support your community and give your permission for us to invite you to the programme through your email address by emailing eastworlingtonwatch@gmail.com.
