After an 8 year gap due to Covid restrictions the Worlyolympics is back on Monday 26th August at East Worlington House: 2pm start, adults £2, children £1, under 5 free.

Barnes Hampton & Littlewood Auctioneers and Valuers will run another of their evenings based on the old television programme of Call My Bluff on Thursday 16th May: starts 7:00pm, cost £15.00 per head.

Film Night – Wonka

Showing on Friday 22-Mar-2024: doors open 7PM, starts 7:15PM. Based on the character in Roald Dahl’s “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”, Wonka tells the story of how the world’s greatest inventor, magician and chocolate-maker became the Willy Wonka we know today.

World Book Day 2024

East Worlington Primary PTFA are hosting a World Book Day coffee morning at the Parish Hall on Thursday 7th March from 9AM to 12 Noon.

 

 

Crocus and Cream Tea 2024

It’s nearly that time of year again when Helen and I are looking for volunteers on the days for the Crocus and Cream Tea Event, to help in the kitchen, serving the teas and clearing tables.

This year it’s on Sunday 25th Feb 1.30-5pm and 3rd of March from 1.30- 5pm.

You can volunteer for just a couple of hours or the afternoon.

So if you are able to help either day (or both😃) We would be so grateful.

Also we are calling on all cake bakers to make some of your award winning cakes. It is always amazing at the variety of cake you all contribute to make this event so special.
